The Business Advisory Council is led by its Chairmen, who - among other - represent the BAC, prepare, steer and ensure follow up of initiatives, in coordination with the BAC Executive Office and Executive Secretary.

For 2012-2014, the network is Co-Chaired by Mr. Halil Kulluk (Intekno, Turkey), and Mr. Alex Munteanu (Dragon Capital, Ukraine). Mr. Victor Jackovich (Jackovich International, USA) will serve as Deputy Chairman, with Mr. Samo Ivancic joining the network's leadership as immediate past Chairman (Adria Mobil, Turkey/Slovenia).

Former Chairmen include Mr. Rahmi Koc (Koc Group, Turkey), Mr. Muhtar Kent (Coca Cola, USA), Mr. Costa Carras (Porto Carras, Greece), Mr. Pierre Daures (Dalkia, France), Mr. Nikos Efthymiadis (Greece), Mr. Aldo Fumagalli Romario (SOL, Italy), Mr. Georg Brodach (ABB Brussels), Mr. Goran Radman (Microsoft ECEE, Croatia).
