The Board of the Business Advisory Council is composed by four, who -among other - represent the BAC, prepare, steer and ensure follow up of initiatives, in coordination with the BAC Executive Office and Executive Secretary.

The 2008-2010 Board is led by Mr. Goran Radman (Microsoft).
Board members are:
- Mr. Georg Brodach (Senior Vice President, ABB Brussels)
- Mr. Samo Ivanchich (President, 23doo, Slovenia)
- Mr. Velitchko Alexandrov (Manging Director & CEO, ITA EFFCT Ltd, Bulgaria)

The Board is supported by former Chairmen, Mr. Pierre Daures (Bouygues, France), Mr. Aldo Fumagalli Romario (SOL, Italy), and Mr. Nikos Efthymiadis (Greece), and works in close cooperation with Mr. Hido Biscevic, Secretary General of the Regional Cooperation Council, and Dr. Erhard Busek, Chairman of the Vienna Economic Forum and SECI Coordinator.
