The Board of the Business Advisory Council is composed by four, who -among other - represent the BAC, prepare, steer and ensure follow up of initiatives, in coordination with the BAC Executive Office and Executive Secretary.

The 2011-2012 Board is led by Mr. Samo Ivanchich (President, 23 doo, Slovenia), and will be Co-Chaired by:
- Mr. Victor Jackovich (President, Jackovich International, USA)
- Mr. Wojtek Ksiazkiewicz (Vice President, Business Development, SNC Lavalin International, Canada)
- Mr. Halil Kulluk (Chairman, Intekno AS, Turkey)
- Mr. Alex Munteanu (Managing Director, Private Equity, Dragon Capital, Ukraine)
- Mr. Goran Radman (Chairman, Sense Consulting, Croatia)

The Board is supported by former Chairmen, Mr. Georg Brodach (ABB Brussesl), Mr. Pierre Daures (Dalkia, France), Mr. Aldo Fumagalli Romario (SOL, Italy), and Mr. Nikos Efthymiadis (Greece), and works in close cooperation with the European Commission, all SEE governments, regional initiatives, international organizations, the donor community and the local business communities.
