In addition to regular members, associate members provide their input and feedback on BAC for SEE initiatives, representing various IFIs, international organizations, regional networks and initiatives (World Bank, EBRD, EIB, OECD, SP Working Table II, OSCE). Local Foreign Investors Councils (FICs) and the network of Committees for Trade and Transport Facilitation (SECIPRO) are primary partners of the BAC in identifying obstacles to investment, trade and doing business.
